Android Pie stable release has been launched. Many manufacturers will be updating their mobiles, tablets, and smart devices to Android’s latest version. OEMs list devices that are going to get Android’s latest version. HTC just did it. HTC tweeted the HTC products Receiving Android 9 Pie (Android P).

In 2018, HTC provided Oreo for its products in November. It seems as though it is going to be the same time period for the Android 9 Pie (Android P) update.

HTC’s U12+, HTC’s U11+, and HTC’s U11 are getting SenseUI update based on Android P (Android 9 Pie). HTC’s U11 Life will be getting stock Android P (Android 9 Pie). It is an Android One mobile. The update should have very less extras.

People think that Android One products are updated directly by Google. Android One products are updated by the manufacturer. Google ensures that Android One update standards are met.

 

HTC Products: Time Frames

HTC will release the time-frames for the update. These updates will be covered by us as and when these Android P (Android 9 Pie) time-frames are disclosed. 

HTC owners now have a vague time-frame, but an official confirmation about the Android P (Android 9 Pie) update. Meanwhile, people are now looking to Google for its latest flagship launches of 2018.
